How to Enable or Disable a Template?

A template can be enabled or disabled as per requirements. If you do not want to see a particular template while creating quotes or invoices, you can disable them.

To enable/disable the templates:

  1. In the left Navigational Column, click the Sales tab and select Templates from the drop down list.

  2. Under List of Templates section, view the templates.

  3. To enable or disable a template, under the Status column, select Enabled or Disabled from the drop-down list.

    Note: After you disable a template, you will be unable to select it while creating a new quote or invoice.
